$CULT and $dCULT assume all available functions in the ecosystem, including governance, taxation, returns, etc.

The demand for $CULT mainly comes from returns and control rights. 
Token holders believe that depending on burning $CULT and investment returns, the price of a single token will increase. 
The Many (stakers) are able to participate in investment decision-making by voting while Guardians (top 50 stakers) have stronger incentives to hold $CULT because of proposing  rights.

Cult DAO solves the problems of high barriers to entry and centralized decision-making mechanisms, providing community members with a low-threshold group decision-making investment platform.

In fact, the mechanism of $CULT takes away the benefits of traders and then redistributes them between holders through burning tokens and getting the return of the investment.

Cult DAO owns a Treasury that is funded by a 0.4% tax on every transaction on-chain. Funds are drawn for every approved investment proposal, where a small portion is burned and most are sent to the proposed portfolio project. Half of the investment return will be burnt in $CULT, and the other half will be distributed to stakers in $CULT.
